You are looking at a Vintage Patagonia Made in USA Fleece Size Medium. The fleece is old school and does have some wear as seen in the pictures. The fleece is still in decent condition. The tag says Large, but fits like a Medium. Measurements: pit to pit 22”, back collar to bottom 24”.
