You are looking at a Vintage Boston Red Sox 1991 Shirt Size Medium. The shirt is old school and does have some wear as seen in the pictures. The shirt is still in good condition. The tag says Large, but fits like a Medium. Measurements: pit to pit 20.5”, back collar to bottom 28”.
