You are looking at a Vintage Wizard of Oz Dorthy 1989 Sweatshirt Size Medium. The sweatshirt is old school and does have some light wear as seen in the pictures. The sweatshirt is still in good condition. The tag says Medium but does fits small. Measurements: pit to pit 17.5", back collar to bottom 24".
