You are looking at a Vintage Cleveland Indians 1996 Jersey Size Large. The jersey is old school and does have some light wear as seen in the pictures. The jersey is still in good condition. The tag says XL, but fits like a Large. Measurements: pit to pit 22.5", back collar to bottom 27".
