You are looking at a Vintage Portland Trail Blazers 1992 Shirt Size Large. The shirt is old school and does have some wear as seen in the pictures. The shirt is still in decent condition. The tag says XL, but fits like a Large. Measurements: pit to pit 22”, back collar to bottom 29”.
